I'm going to leave a testimonial here. Having been published by Raconteur Press a number of times over the past two years, the sample contract they put up on their Substack is the actual contract. I'm an Accountant in my day job and I sign nothing before I read it. Raconteur Press' actions match their promises.

Been published several times with Raconteur Press. That's the contract, and PubShare is a wonder of transparency. I'm beyond happy with Raconteur Press' business practices.

The lawyer knows of people who would publicize such a contract and then send writers something much more oppressive, secure in the belief they would sign it without reading that copy.
