Good job sitting at the end instead of continuing to stand. No passing out and bonking your melon.

Way to get back in there as soon as you can. She's a top shelf trainer. You'll be pulling 3 plates in no time.

I am usually a big believer in "some fresh air and exercise will help burn off whatever ails you", but

a) I live in New England and I think this works much better in the cold than in the heat (said exercise is typically a run)

b) I can *usually* distinguish between the times when this is a good idea and the ones where it might kill me

My wife thinks the entire concept is bonkers.
