The Rules of Stupid
Learn them, love them, live them.
John Farnam is a legend in the applied violence training community, and one of the nuggets of wisdom he passes along is the so-called “Rules of Stupid”, which goes something along the lines of:
“Don’t go to stupid places; don’t associate with stupid people; don’t do stupid things.”
Sometimes quoted as:
“Don’t go to stupid places, with stupid people, and do stupid things at stupid times.”

These “rallies” are supposed to be in a lot of the major cities across the U.S.
Ladies and gentlemen, stay away from these concentrations of Teh Dumb, ok? Young, excited free-range socialists in mass herds1 violate multiple rules of stupid, and won’t net you anything good.
Stay home and read a book.

I shall exercise the "Nope Option" and stay far from this nonsense. After all, it takes a while to effectively wash tear gas out of your clothes.
