Would you consider writing about the use of canes and walking sticks? Some of us are mobility deficient and still want to be able to engage with life.

I can probably do that.

The Comtech Stinger looks like a decent tool. Particularly so if you get "disarmed" by security. Which can happen when you enter a military base or most government facilities. Amazon has them five for $9.99.

Good stuff, man. I always want to learn more, even if I never get to use a particular thingy. This was a really good series to read, even if only for "testosterone encephalopathy." as a new term.

Ya, the warning on #2 is legit.

I learned that particular word about the same time my wedding ring expired. Now, I was fond of it, a black band if high end titanium with a pair of grooves for contrast and a tight enough fit to wear in water frequently.

Then I learned That Word and have been less interested in wearing it for decoration on the dexter hand since.

I'm guessing that the heat cartridges for the ASP Defender use something similar to Sabre Red or POM?

At one time -- hopefully still -- Sabre made the cartridge inserts for the Key Defender.

Honestly if the ring the keys are on is sturdy enough, and you carry as many keys as I do a long leather strap with a Steel ball bearing filled monkey fist on the other end makes a damned fine sap no matter which end you whack em with.

Very informative series. I carry a large folder for the same reason you carry the sap. Folded, it makes a good impact tool on sensitive spots that stop the perp from perpin'. But, if lethal force becomes necessary, it's a wrist flick away. And, since mine has a screwdriver set attached (Kershaw Select Fire), it's classified as a multitool.

Thanks again for the writing. I may add a sap to the list after all. V
